Not always.
Full transparency helps with visual inspection, but many apparel operations rely on barcodes, labels, and standardized packing rather than looking through the entire bag.
A frosted translucent film can provide:
- enough visibility to identify color and product type;
- a more premium appearance;
- better masking of natural-fiber texture;
- reduced visual impact from wrinkles or scuffs;
- stronger brand differentiation.
The right clarity level depends on the warehouse process. Before finalizing the film, I would test it with actual scanners, labels, garment colors, lighting, and fulfillment staff.
Optical design should be based on operations, not just aesthetics.
