At minimum, I would request:
- technical data sheet;
- safety data sheet;
- composition ranges under NDA;
- raw-material traceability;
- bamboo fiber percentage;
- processing recommendations;
- test reports with sample identification;
- relevant certification documents;
- certificate scope and expiration;
- finished-product performance data;
- quality-control plan;
- batch numbering system;
- aging and storage data;
- restricted-substance screening;
- product liability and recall procedures.
I would also ask whether the data applies to the resin, film, or final bag.
A thick folder of documents is not enough if the reports cannot be linked to the exact commercial formulation being purchased.
